At any time, you will find us working throughout Northern Ireland in towns, cities and rural areas, each one presenting unique challenges.  Our Contract managers, working supervisors & skilled tradesmen work to deliver quality and on time/budgets projects, as well as providing turnkey maintenance services for smaller projects.  To do this, we need people who can bring fresh thinking and imagination on one hand; and the commercial ability to manage people, budgets and costs on the other.

Business Development – a critical part of our business

We are always looking for and targeting new work streams to secure new projects and build relationships. Our business development members work to develop and implement growth opportunities for the business.

Finance – the team that keeps the money in check

Nearly every  project we work on has numerous third parties and suppliers to keep engaged & we also need to satisfy many deadlines to ensure that projects run smoothly.  As a crucial driver in our continued success and performance, our finance team makes a real contribution to our business, and keep budgets on track.

Commercial– assisting with the delivery of quality and best value for customers

Every part of a project has a cost, with every delay having a financial implication. Each decision – whether it’s the choice of pipework used or the type of equipment purchased will need to meet the customer expectations. With this in mind our commercial team which includes Store personnel and Quantity Surveyors have one target: to ensure a project or task  is delivered to the best quality, it is on time, on budget and there are no defects.

Support and Admin – the people who keep our front-line teams on track

Meeting customer (client) requirements is one of our principal objective of our business and our support/admin team. They provide  essential support and assistance to our supply chain, our customers, our tradesmen and our front line management.

Trainees  and apprentices – fostering and developing new talent

Here at WJM, we are proud of our apprenticeship programme. It’s the ideal way to prepare young people for a productive and stable career. We know that in order for our business to grow, we must support our people to grow. So we take every opportunity to ensure WJM staff get the training they need to make the most of the many opportunities we offer them.
